pre-set first course, to be set at each guest's seat prior to the start of the reception, such as a citrus salad with pistachio + herb vinaigrette

plated first course, to be brought to the tables once guests are seated, such as ricotta ravioli, shaved fennel + carrots with tomato water
Entrees
buffet, tables are called up to our staffed buffet to enjoy an assortment of entrees and sides

family style, an assortment of entrees and sides are delivered in handmade ceramic platters to each table for guests to self serve + share

pre-selected, guests will have chosen their entree with their RSVP

day of choice, servers will take entree orders once guests are seated at the reception
