Introducing The Grocery

We are moving! Anticipated to open in May 2021 in River Vale, NJ.

The new location will feature our line of grab and go food items called The Grocery by Peppercorn Events. Along with pastries, coffee and tea, there will also be ready to heat meals and other local products such as artisanal chocolates, honey and beverages made in NJ.

The space will feature tables made by C-los Carpentry and ceramics by Connor McGinn. We will be serving coffee, tea and espresso drinks using beans roasted in NJ by Paper Plane Coffee Co. As always, the produce used in the grab and go and ready to heat meals will be sourced from Bergen County farms including Stokes and Closter Farms.

While our menus change seasonally, some favorites stay on the menu all year, including our shallot braised short ribs, served with pickled mustard seeds, or with marinated tomatoes (during tomato season). Other favorites include our savory everything bagel macarons and their flourless chocolate cake.

We look forward to inviting everyone in for our grand opening this summer!
