This is a saying that we do believe is completely overused. However, despite this, it rings true. At Peppercorn Events, we are dedicated to working in collaboration with local businesses. As a full-service catering company, we offer services beyond food and staff, such as beverage coordination, rentals (including but not limited to tableware, furniture, tents, lights, and restroom trailers), wedding and event coordination as well as day-of planners and vendor recommendations.
Because of our collaborative work over the years, we have built incredible relationships with our community. In this new blog series, we are going to be highlighting some of our favorite vendors! Today we will be featuring RSVP by Anastasia.
RSVP by Anastasia
Based in Bergen country, RSVP by Anastasia is a Floral and Set Designer who brings fairytales to life with her powerful storytelling through design. Owner Anastasia Baker’s inspiration came from her “grandmother’s tales of her idyllic childhood summers in Cape Cod to her grandfather’s anecdotes about life growing up in cosmopolitan Constantinople of yesteryear.” The bold imagery, colors, textures, and scents became Anastasia's inspiration for her craft.
Prior to her opening her business, Anastasia graduated with a degree in Art History and Filmmaking, which eventually lead her to be working on sets on hit television shows such as ‘Smash” and featured in publications such as People Magazine and the National Herald. She has also dipped into the glamorous world of fashion, most notoriously planning one of the world’s most highly regarding events: the Metropolitan Museum of Art Gala. She’s also produced events for Vogue, Anna Wintour, Dolce and Gabbana, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, Valentino, Tory Burch, Conde Nast, KCD, The New York City Ballet, Ian Schrager, Oscar de la Renta, and Hermes…just to name a few!
RSVP by Anastasia is her latest venture in which believed “throughout creativity anything is possible.” Her focus is to create specialized visual experiences through floral and set design.
